These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and service guidelines for projects completed by Sana Semonov Media Group. By booking and participating in a photography or media session, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Sana Semonov Media Group provides photography, video, drone media, and visual content services for real estate listings, property management, construction projects, interior design portfolios, personal branding, and business presentation.
Project dates are scheduled based on availability and agreement between the client and Sana Semonov Media Group. Scheduling may be influenced by weather conditions, lighting considerations, and project requirements.
Photography and video sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or environmental factors that affect image quality. Every effort is made to find a suitable alternative date.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property, location, or environment is prepared and ready for photography at the scheduled time. Sana Semonov Media Group is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or preparing the location unless specifically arranged in advance.
Standard delivery time for completed media is typically 2–4 business days depending on project complexity. Larger projects or media requiring additional editing may require additional time.
Clients receive marketing usage rights for delivered media for promotional purposes related to the property, business, or brand represented in the project. Media may be used across websites, listing platforms, and social media.
Media may not be resold, transferred to third parties, or used for unrelated commercial campaigns without written permission.
All photographs and video content created by Sana Semonov Media Group remain the intellectual property of the creator under U.S. copyright law. Raw files are not included unless otherwise agreed.
By booking photography or media services and participating in a shoot, clients and individuals present at the location acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or video captured during the session.
Participation in the session constitutes permission for Sana Semonov Media Group to capture and use such media for project delivery, portfolio presentation, website display, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in advance.
If privacy or non-appearance is required, this must be communicated before the session.
Sana Semonov Media Group is not responsible for circumstances outside reasonable control that may affect scheduling, production, or delivery.
